WWP-rough look at Dario Opovlov

Before anyone asks, no I'm not really back in business. I have some way to get back on the net now, but I still don't have a scanner to work with, so out of frustration I stooped to using the webcam on my computer to snap up a few images from my sketchbook.

I will announce it in my DA journal when I'm officially able to start submitting better quality artwork.

Anywho, here's a background character for my WWP OCs.

Race: Winged Sphinx-Manticore hybrid

Ethnicity: Greek-Turkish heritage

D.o.B: July 27

Age: 13

Height: {undetermined}

Family: Parents are Atticus Opovlov (Winged Sphinx) & Lira Opolov-Satrapi (Manticore), 23 year old half-brother Xerxes Satrapi (manticore), 15 year old half-sister Persia Satrapi (manticore), and 6th month old full sister Electra Opovlov. His cousin is Athena Opovlov, the TA for Ms. Pandora Black’s philosophy class.

Distinguishing Traits/Feature(s): At first glance Dario has the overall appearance of a winged Sphinx, but when he opens his mouth you can see that he has three rows of teeth like a manticore. He can also make paralyzing spikes come out of his tail tuft.

Grade: 8th grade of Wormwood Junior High

Friend(s): Clay Bridges the (youngest) Billy Goat Gruff, Paisley Shepherd the little Lamb Girl, ?, and ?

Crush/Significant other: Easily wooed by pretty older girls, including Paisley’s sister and stepsister, Sable and Bo Peep. Has yet to meet a girl his age that he likes.

Hobbies: video games, skateboarding

Likes: ?

Dislikes: being baby faced, when someone refers to him as being “cute” instead of “handsome”, public displays of affection, being picked on, having his personal space invaded, and when people mistake him for a girl.

Personality/Info: Cranky and usually in trouble for having a smart mouth, Dario is hands down the moodiest person in the Opovlov-Satrapi household.
There are three explanations for why Dario is temperamental:
1)He misses his big brother Xerxes, who teaches him how to be cool and act like a (good) man
2)He desperately wants to grow out of his cute little boy looks
And as for 3)…….…well, crabbiness is just in his nature. XD
His sister Persia likes to tease him about his baby face and testy demeanor, usually by saying that he has PMS when someone comments about how Dario is so grouchy.
